PROGRAMMING AND ENGINEERING Mr. Jason Jolly is Arnold Engineering’s Vice President of Programming and Engineering. His staff of uniquely qualified programmers and engineers have set the benchmark in producing innovative manufacturing programs that achieve optimal solutions in cost effective ways to machine complex 5 Axis applications made from a myriad of materials, i.e. Titanium, Hard Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum. Our Engineering and Programming department is equipped with the latest versions of CATIA V5 for NC programming and engineering, Vericut for virtual NC machine tool and assembly simulation and Delmia V5 for CMM programming. We also maintain other CAD/CAM systems such as NCL, CATIA V4 and Unigraphics so that our engineers are able to translate and comply with all the various systems our customers present to us for tool design and tool manufacturing, complex machine parts, sheet metal components, bench assemblies, complex assembly structures and ground support equipment. Our goal is for continuous improvement in developing engineering and programming methods and techniques that will provide a competitive source of supply for our customers.
LOGISTICS Arnold Engineering’s staff of experienced Production Control specialists headed up by PC Lead, Brock Brotemarkle, has developed failsafe methods in order to meet supply chain needs, from maintaining Sub-Assembly and Min/Max inventory levels to special JIT, short run production and blue streak customer requirements.
SUBASSEMBLY With its core competency in machining simple to complex machined parts and complemented with a dedicated pool of diverse sub-contractors, Arnold Engineering has become one of the key industry integrators in producing mechanical assemblies and major assembly structures. Arnold Engineering has proved time and time again to be the customer’s choice for taking on and managing challenging assembly offloads.
MANUFACTURING Arnold Engineering is a center of excellence in manufacturing machine part components as well as producing sheet metal / machine assemblies and large complex assembly structures. Our core competence is complex machining with the most sophisticated state-of-the-art ultra 30,000 rpm high speed 5 Axis knuckle head machines available. A good part of the factory floor contains a full complement of vertical and horizontal 5 axis machines fitted with multi-pallet systems and robotic loading capabilities for high production solutions. Continuous improvement in design and innovations in cutting the new and challenging types of materials being introduced to our industry is an ongoing mission at Arnold Engineering. With the best machine tools available coupled with a team of skilled engineers, machinists and assemblers are the reasons why Arnold Engineering can offer World Class products at competitive prices.
